Welcome Back for Another Fun Season, Lastman 2024 is in full swing this season
1. There is no limit on amount of entries you can have.
2. Entries must be secured by 11am (Eastern) on Sunday September 8, 2024.
2a. Entries are allowed to have an alias. Entries with more than one pick will have the selected alias be attached to a number. Selected aliases will not be changed once they are selected. If an alias is not chosen, the pick will be the entry's first name and last name initial. Additional letters of the last name may be included to separate similar entry names.
3. All picks must be in by 11:00Am on Sundays. This includes 4 PM (Eastern) games, Sunday night, and Monday night games. If you want to choose a game that is played prior to Sunday, the picks must be in 1 hour before game time. (Ex. Week 1 has a Thursday night game which kicks off at 8:30pm, so all picks for that game must be in by 7:30pm before that game becomes locked.)
4. Picks that are NOT received by Sunday's 11AM deadline posted in Rule 3, your pick will be defaulted. A defaulted pick for Week 1 will be the last Monday night game home team. Week 1 has Jets vs 49ers for Monday Night Football, so your pick will be defaulted to the 49ers. All defaulted picks after Week 1 will be the team selected the previous week prior to the default. If the previous team selected prior to the default in on a bye week, the default pick will be forfeited. If a default pick (on Sunday) is a team that has already played (Thursday or Saturday) and won, that default pick will be forfeited. This takes out the possibility of someone intentionally defaulting knowing that their previous weeks pick played an early game and won. Any pick defaulted two consecutive weeks, will be forfeited. There will be no exceptions to this rule. A (D) will designate a defaulted pick on the spreadsheet.
5. Once an entry has a team that has lost, that entry will be forfeited for the rest of the year. There are no re-entries.
6. A team chosen must win to advance to the next week. In the rare event a game results in a tie, both teams will be considered losing teams and entries for both teams will be forfeited.
7. If a single game has been postponed due to unforeseen circumstances (i.e. hurricane or Covid-19), all picks for that game will be put in probationary status. A probationary pick may continue to choose teams each week as any other pick would. If a probationary pick loses during any week before the postponed game is played, the probationary pick is forfeited. If the probationary pick continues to win each week, but loses the postponed game in a later week, the pick is forfeited. If the postponed game is canceled, all probationary picks will be forfeited. An asterisk (*) will designate a probationary pick on the spreadsheet.
8. If an entire week of football is postponed or canceled (i.e. September 11, 2001), all picks for that week will be reset for the next week or the next active NFL week.
9. If a single game is canceled (canceled meaning the game is not played at all the entire year), all picks for that game will be forfeited.
10. Due to site fees and maintenance, we reserve the right to hold up to 20% depending on fees we are charged.
